Temporary tracker-free launch notice · issued by Boom & Company GmbH · last updated 4 September 2026

Who is responsible

Boom & Company GmbH, Via San Giorgio 5, 6976 Castagnola, Switzerland, operates boom.ceo.

Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to team@boom.ceo.

What the website processes

The launch website processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. When you use a form, Boom also processes the information you submit, the page and purpose of the form, and submission timing.

The site is intended to launch without Google Analytics, Hotjar, marketing pixels, session recording, advertising cookies or embedded YouTube and calendar content. This will be checked again on the final production build.

Why Boom uses submitted information

  • General Contact: to review and respond to the enquiry where appropriate.
  • Boom CEO Study: to review participation interest and follow up about the research purpose.
  • Boom Takes: to record a subscription request, or separately to record CEO contributor interest.
  • CEO Conversation: to contact registrants about invitations and updates.
  • Talk to Dave: the external Calendly service handles information needed to schedule and administer a meeting.

Recipients and systems

Ploy hosts the website and stores form submissions as Boom’s raw intake ledger. Submission notifications are sent through the workspace’s configured notification service. Boom uses Google Workspace for email.

For minimum launch, Dave reviews submissions and manually transfers relevant Study, CEO Conversation and contributor-interest records into Superhuman Docs, keeping each purpose and permission separate. A future email platform will become the operational subscription and suppression system for Boom Takes before any e-letter is sent.

Calendly is an external destination. Its own privacy terms apply after you choose to open it.

Sharing, transfers and retention

Boom shares information only with providers and people needed for the stated purpose, legal obligations, security or the establishment and defence of rights. Some providers may process information outside Switzerland. Applicable contractual or legal safeguards are used where required.

Boom keeps information only as long as needed for the stated purpose, applicable record-keeping duties, security and legal claims. The fuller provider, transfer and retention review is scheduled separately from this temporary launch notice.

Your choices and rights

You may ask Boom for information about your personal data and, where applicable, request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.

You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority. In Switzerland, this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

Separate permissions

Contacting Boom or booking with Dave does not subscribe you to anything. Boom Takes, Study participation, CEO Conversation and contributor interest are separate purposes. Permission for one is not permission for another.

Boom

CEO Performance when the stakes are high. For Progressive CEOs of medium-sized companies, typically 50–1,000 staff.
