Boom’s minimum-launch website is intended to use only technology needed to deliver, secure and operate the site and its forms.

Google Analytics, Hotjar, marketing pixels, advertising cookies, session recording and non-essential embedded media are removed from the launch configuration. A final production-domain scan must confirm the actual state before launch.

Ploy may use strictly necessary technical storage or similar mechanisms for hosting, security, routing and form submission. These functions are needed for the service requested by the visitor and are not used for marketing or audience profiling.

The site links to external services instead of embedding them. The Talk to Dave route opens Calendly only after you choose the external link. YouTube material is not embedded at minimum launch.

External services may set their own cookies after you leave boom.ceo. Their own notices and controls apply.

Boom does not plan a cookie-consent banner if the final production scan confirms that only strictly necessary technology remains. Boom will not claim that the site uses no cookies until that check is complete.

If non-essential technology is introduced later, it must be blocked until the required consent is obtained, with accessible accept, reject, granular choice and withdrawal controls.
