The most difficult thing is to look after our five children at home. Five different classes, five approaches for how to deal with the lockdown. That’s a real challenge.

Apart from that, our business keeps going strong for now. The thing that concerns me the most for our society is what’s happening with the digital data of individuals and companies. I’m biased because part of our business is to help clients to protect their data. Nevertheless, this is relevant for all of us and two developments are happening:

a) Governments pull data and use them like never before.
b) US studies show that cybercriminals are using the crisis because people are focused on other activities than protecting their digital data. I urge CEOs to remain aware of this.

At the same time, data is also where I currently see the greatest business growth opportunities for most businesses. Think of how your digital assets can contribute to future successes. One way this often works is by combining your data with the data pool of another business. Now is a good time to get things going.

Priska on her greatest business challenge: “The business keeps going thanks to our service and contract clients. That’s great so far. Our problem is the deals pipeline – our sales and marketing activities. Most companies are currently trying to extinguish fires and they don’t feel like discussing new projects. This might become a problem in the second half of the year.”
