I am mainly worried about our clients. Some are being pushed to the edge of existence by the crisis – especially in the segment of small and mid-sized businesses. Tourism is one industry that has been hit especially hard. Those of us who can spend money should do that now. As a team, we booked for next year with Swiss Youth Hostels, our long-standing client. It’s a drop in the ocean for them but if that’s how we can contribute to their cash flow, we want to do that at least.

Our own business is doing brilliantly. We are hardly affected and will probably even benefit because many businesses finally need to take big steps in terms of their digital progress. I expect us to make another leap in business growth once the crisis is over.

We are also not affected big time by the move to our home offices because we’re set up as a remote team anyway. Nevertheless, there are new elements like our remote coffees and party beers. The thing that I find most interesting is that, in an exciting way, the team seems to grow together even more now that we all work from our homes.

Raphael on business growth opportunities: “Many clients are now more aware than ever of the importance of functioning digital channels. We are ready to support them and I also think that our “no bullshit” approach to meaningful digitalisation will be especially well received in the post-crisis period where investments will be discussed more than ever before.”
