As a marketing agency and business network in the events industry and tourism industry, we find ourselves in the middle of the tsunami. All events and orders are postponed or cancelled. The ecosystem has collapsed and come to a standstill. We don’t know how things will develop from here, the situation is dramatic. We have applied for government support and I hope that thanks to this support Swiss companies will be able to keep many jobs and that liquidity can be stabilised to some extent.

What worries me a lot is people’s reaction. I see anxiety, negativity is piling up. We have to get back to action after the paralysis. As committed entrepreneurs, we must set an example by showing courage and a positive mindset. It is now crucial that we highlight to employees the opportunities that such radical change brings.

Personally, I only focus on projects of the future and on the new offers that we are developing. I’m a warrior, so I won’t waste any time, but will immediately look for new ways forward. The luck of our industry is to be found in the future.

Ewa about her responsibilities: “It is my responsibility as an entrepreneur to keep a clear head and a good attitude. I am doing everything I can to ensure that we survive this crisis in a financially healthy manner. Together with all SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) and those affected in Switzerland. Now is the time to show solidarity.”

Ewa about the focus of her team: “My team is fantastic and very flexible. With a lot of discipline, new ideas and quick action, everyone now works in the home office. We are running into the future and want to seize new opportunities in the field of digitalization, further education and innovation support for SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises). That’s how we want to survive.”

Ewa about the future: “A new era is dawning in which we will communicate and work together in radically new ways. There will be new opportunities everywhere, and I sincerely hope that many people will now realize how important it is in Switzerland to work and do business with Swiss suppliers in a sustainable manner. Think global, act local!”
